Mettre dans une poche \u00e0 douille et r\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu\u2019au moment de servir.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire les f\u00e8ves dans le bouillon pendant une bonne vingtaine de minutes. Ajouter les deux parts de fromage et passer le tout dans un blender ou mixer avec un mixeur plongeur de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir un velout\u00e9 \u00e9pais et onctueux. Rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement<\/p>\n<p>Dans des verrines ou des petits verres, verser la cr\u00e8me de f\u00e8ves.
