Dans une <a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/definition\/300079\/terrine.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">terrine<\/a>, verser la farine, la pinc\u00e9e de sel, le sucre glace et la cannelle en poudre, m\u00e9langer puis ajouter le beurre coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux, l&rsquo;\u0153uf entier et le <a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/definition\/111\/zeste.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">zeste<\/a> de citron. <a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/definition\/108\/travailler.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">Travailler<\/a> un peu la p\u00e2te (ajouter si besoin quelques gouttes d&rsquo;eau froide ou de lait). Former une boule. La laisser reposer au frais pendant 1 heure.<\/p>\n<p><b>2 <\/b>Beurrer un <a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/definition\/90\/moule-a-manque.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9<\/a> avec une partie du beurre (fond et bords) puis y saupoudrer le sucre <a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/definition\/103\/roux.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">roux<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>3 <\/b>Couper la chair du potimarron en cubes. Les r\u00e9partir dans le moule en serrant bien le potimarron.
