Couper la chair du potimarron en petits morceaux. Peler et <a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/definition\/49\/emincer.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">\u00e9mincer<\/a> finement les oignons. Peler, \u00e9p\u00e9piner et couper la pomme et la poire en lamelles ou cubes.<\/p>\n<p><b>2<\/b>Mettre dans une bassine \u00e0 confiture le potimarron, les oignons, le sucre <a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/definition\/103\/roux.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">roux<\/a> et le vinaigre, saler et poivrer, bien m\u00e9langer. Faire cuire pendant 15 minutes sur feu moyen, remuer.<\/p>\n<p><b>3<\/b>Ajouter les raisins secs ainsi que les \u00e9pices en poudre, les lamelles ou cubes de pomme et poire. Bien m\u00e9langer le tout, laisser cuire pendant 45 minutes environ sur feu doux. Remuer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. En fin de cuisson le m\u00e9lange doit avoir l&rsquo;aspect d&rsquo;une compote \u00e9paisse. On peut \u00e9ventuellement donner un petit coup de mixer.<\/p>\n<p><b>4<\/b>Mettre le <a href=\"http:\/\/cuisine.journaldesfemmes.com\/definition\/300132\/chutney.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">chutney<\/a> chaud dans des pots \u00e9bouillant\u00e9s et secs.
