Battez les blancs en neige ferme, puis ajoutez les d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9paration, en 2 temps. Versez la p\u00e2te sur une plaque de four recouverte de papier cuisson, r\u00e9partissez la de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 former un rectangle de 20*25cm environ. Mettez \u00e0 cuire 10 \u00e0 15 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez la garniture du roul\u00e9 : une cr\u00e8me de blanc de poireau :<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Garniture <\/strong><\/span>:<br \/>\n200g de <span style=\"color: #ccff33\"><strong>blancs de poireau<\/strong><\/span> cuits \u00e0 la vapeur<br \/>\n2 petits suisse<br \/>\n1 trait de jus de citron<br \/>\nsel, poivre<\/p>\n<p>Mixez finement le tout.
