{"id":1864,"date":"2013-12-20T03:52:40","date_gmt":"2013-12-20T02:52:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amaplabergerie.org\/?p=1864"},"modified":"2013-12-20T03:52:40","modified_gmt":"2013-12-20T02:52:40","slug":"fetes-la-buche","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amaplabergerie.org\/?p=1864","title":{"rendered":"Fetes: La buche"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>extrait du blog http:\/\/green-me-up.com<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour 8 \u00e0 10 personnes<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright\" alt=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-X0IDPY2u-LE\/UM41syK4CzI\/AAAAAAAAEx0\/kGc_c5LuHgU\/s640\/IMG_2945+2+copie+2.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-X0IDPY2u-LE\/UM41syK4CzI\/AAAAAAAAEx0\/kGc_c5LuHgU\/s640\/IMG_2945+2+copie+2.jpg\" width=\"337\" height=\"224\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de chocolat noir (70% de cacao)<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019eau<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe rases d\u2019huile de noix de coco<\/li>\n<li>400 g de chair de courge butternut cuite \u00e0 la vapeur<\/li>\n<li>400 g de chair de patate douce cuite \u00e0 la vapeur<\/li>\n<li>150 g de pur\u00e9e de noisettes<\/li>\n<li>12 \u00e0 15 pruneaux moelleux (40 \u00e0 50 g)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e0 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de caf\u00e9 d\u00e9caf\u00e9in\u00e9, type \u00ab\u00a0soluble\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cacao en poudre (cru)<\/li>\n<li>12 \u00e0 15 ch\u00e2taignes cuites (facultatif)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Pour d\u00e9corer<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>cacao en poudre (la \u00ab\u00a0terre\u00a0\u00bb)<\/li>\n<li>poudre de th\u00e9 matcha (la \u00ab\u00a0mousse\u00a0\u00bb)<\/li>\n<li>noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e (la \u00ab\u00a0neige\u00a0\u00bb)<\/li>\n<li>fruits secs (cranberries\u2026), ch\u00e2taignes\u2026<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9pices : b\u00e2tons de cannelle, \u00e9toiles de badiane\u2026<\/li>\n<li>fruits confits : cerises, gingembre\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faire fondre au bain-marie le chocolat noir bris\u00e9 en morceaux dans un peu d\u2019eau. Lorsqu\u2019il commence \u00e0 fondre, ajouter l\u2019huile de coco. M\u00e9langer. Le bain-marie ne doit pas \u00eatre trop chaud (l\u2019eau ne doit pas bouillir) afin que le chocolat fondu ne durcisse pas.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le bol d\u2019un robot, verser les l\u00e9gumes cuits, le m\u00e9lange au chocolat, la pur\u00e9e de noisettes, les pruneaux d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9s, le caf\u00e9 et le cacao en poudre. Mixer intimement. Briser grossi\u00e8rement les ch\u00e2taignes. Les ajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration au chocolat. Mixer \u00e0 nouveau afin d\u2019incorporer les brisures de ch\u00e2taignes.<\/p>\n<p>Chemiser un moule \u00e0 cake de papier \u00e0 cuisson (pour faciliter le d\u00e9moulage) \u00e0 l\u2019aide de deux bandes perpendiculaires, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les plis au niveau des angles. Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans le moule. Laisser refroidir (si les l\u00e9gumes viennent d\u2019\u00eatre cuits) puis placer au frais si possible 24 heures, ou m\u00eame plus.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9mouler et d\u00e9corer.
