Retirer les graines. D\u00e9poser les moiti\u00e9 de courge, face bomb\u00e9e et \u00e9corce vers le haut, dans un plat \u00e0 gratin l\u00e9g\u00e8rement graiss\u00e9. Enfourner et cuire 40 \u00e0 50 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Adapter le temps de cuisson \u00e0 la taille de votre courge. Laisser refroidir. Il suffit alors de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la chair avec une cuill\u00e8re.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Mixer tr\u00e8s finement la chair de courge Butternut.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un r\u00e9cipient, battre les jaunes d\u2019\u0153uf avec le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.
