Laver, \u00e9queuter et couper les <a class=\"mrm_al\" href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/Magazine\/Diaporamiam_fraise_1.aspx\">fraises<\/a> en quartiers, puis les mettre dans un plat.<\/p>\n<p>Arroser les <a class=\"mrm_al\" href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/Magazine\/Diaporamiam_fraise_1.aspx\">fraises<\/a> du jus de citron et de 30 g de <a class=\"mrm_al\" href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/Magazine\/Tendances-Gourmandes_le-gout-des-sucres_1.aspx\">sucre<\/a>. Ecraser les <a class=\"mrm_al\" href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/Magazine\/Diaporamiam_fraise_1.aspx\">fraises<\/a> \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette. Mettre sur les biscuits cette pr\u00e9paration en quantit\u00e9 suffisante afin de bien les imbiber. Mettre au frigo.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, s\u00e9parer les jaunes et les blancs des <a class=\"mrm_al\" href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/Magazine\/Tendances-Gourmandes_oeufs_1.aspx\">oeufs<\/a>. Battre les jaunes avec 120 g de <a class=\"mrm_al\" href=\"http:\/\/www.marmiton.org\/Magazine\/Tendances-Gourmandes_le-gout-des-sucres_1.aspx\">sucre<\/a> jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 blanchissement du m\u00e9lange. Ajouter le mascarpone et m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Monter les blancs en neige, y ajouter les 30 g de sucre. Incorporer d\u00e9licatement les blancs en neige au m\u00e9langez jaune-sucre-mascarpone. Verser la pr\u00e9paration sur les biscuits imbib\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Verser le restant du &lsquo;coulis&rsquo; par dessus.
