Ajoutez le sucre et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Laissez mijoter 5 mn.<br \/>\nHors du feu, ajoutez le zeste des citrons verts et les feuilles de basilic. Couvez et laissez infuser jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 complet refroidissement.<br \/>\nFiltrez et ajoutez le jus d&rsquo;un des citrons verts, montez le blanc d&rsquo;oeuf en neige bien ferme et ajoutez lui progressivement le sirop. Pas de panique le sirop ne s&rsquo;incorpore pas enti\u00e8rement!! faites prendre en sorbeti\u00e8re.<br \/>\nMalheureusement je n&rsquo;en ai pas donc j&rsquo;ai suivi un conseil que l&rsquo;on m\u2019a donn\u00e9. J&rsquo;ai vers\u00e9 la pr\u00e9paration dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique et l&rsquo;ai mis dans le cong\u00e9lateur. Apr\u00e8s quelques heures, il faut passer le tout au mixer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une consistance lisse et sans morceaux de glace. Et puis remettre au cong\u00e9lateur.
