Remuer puis faire chauffer \u00e0 feu vif. Y incorporer ensuite l\u2019\u00e9chalote \u00e9minc\u00e9e et la faire blondir pendant 5 mn \u2013 \u00e0 feu moyen- en remuant constamment \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter ensuite \u00e0 la sauteuse les tomates hach\u00e9es, l\u2019ail et les feuilles de thym. Saler et poivrer, et m\u00e9langer (\u00e0 feu vif) pendant quelques instants.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9glacer ensuite la sauteuse en y ajoutant le vin blanc. Bien m\u00e9langer. Laisser r\u00e9duire les jus de cuisson pendant 15 mn, \u00e0 feu doux, et en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, porter un grand volume d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis y blanchir les blancs de poireaux pendant 5 mn. Les \u00e9goutter, puis les incorporer \u00e0 la sauteuse. Bien remuer, puis laisser mijoter (en couvrant partiellement la sauteuse) \u00e0 feu doux pendant 15 mn.
