Laisser r\u00e9duire un peu \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux. Ajouter les d\u00e8s de jambon. Saler et poivrer Et remettre dans la \u00ab\u00a0coque\u00a0\u00bb du p\u00e2tisson.
