Le laisser refroidir. Pendant ce temps, foncer votre moule avec la p\u00e2te.<br \/>\nCouper le chapeau et retirer les graines. Pr\u00e9lever avec une grosse cuill\u00e8re la chair du p\u00e2tisson.<br \/>\nMixer la chair restante ajouter les \u0153ufs, poivrer, saler (peu le saumon est d\u00e9j\u00e0 sal\u00e9). Verser dans un saladier et ajouter la moiti\u00e9 de la peau d&rsquo;un citron confit. Verser la pr\u00e9paration sur la p\u00e2te.
