Couvrir et laisser cuire environ 30mn (v\u00e9rifier la cuisson \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau qui doit alors rentrer facilement dans la chair)<\/li>\n<li>Couper la courgette en deux dans le sens de la longueur et retirer toutes les graines et filaments situ\u00e9s au centre.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0\u00a0200\u00b0<\/li>\n<li>A l\u2019aide d\u2019une fourchette retirer tous les \u00ab\u00a0spaghetti\u00a0\u00bb et les r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Faire revenir les lardons dans une po\u00eale (\u00e0 sec, sans mati\u00e8re grasse)<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque les lardons commencent\u00a0 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 colorer, ajouter les oignons et les faire revenir \u00e0 feu doux pour ne pas les roussir.<\/li>\n<li>Reprendre le plat contenant les \u00ab\u00a0spaghetti\u00a0\u00bb, saler, poivrer, rajouter un peu de muscade , la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche ainsi que les lardons et les oignons rissol\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Bien remuer et mettre dans un plat \u00e0 four.<\/li>\n<li>Recouvrir de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 et enfourner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Note <\/span><\/strong>\u00a0; Je me suis inspir\u00e9e de plusieurs recettes vues sur internet. Le r\u00e9sultat est tr\u00e8s satisfaisant puisque c\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e9licieux.
